Wine Director
I currently oversee the beverage programme at Steven Edwards' flagship restaurant in Hove, overseeing an ever changing list of around 300 wines, as well as a progressive range of spirits, beers and cocktails. I curate the wine pairings alongside the tasting menus, providing training to the whole Front of House team. The wine list focuses on small family run producer with an emphasis on sustainability, and is a blend of classic regions and producers, alongside an eclectic mix of esoteric, up and coming regions, grapes and winemakers. The Wine List was awarded "Best Medium Sized List (200-600 references)" by Star Wine List in 2024, and "Best UK Contemporary Wine List" by the International Wine Challenge in 2023.
